Here at South Downs Clinic we pride ourselves on providing first-class podiatry (previously called 'chiropody') and osteopathy services in Henfield, and the surrounding area in West Sussex. Our clinic is open to people of all ages and we guarantee you a warm welcome and understanding practitioners... these are just two of the reasons why over 9 out 10 new patients arrive at our clinic via recommendation from our existing patients.

Tracy is a qualified reflexologist and a fully registered member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR).
Tracy was a primary school teacher for many years followed by twelve years working for a Parish Council as a Deputy Clerk. Through her work and her own personal life, Tracy became only too aware of the negative impact of the stress many of us face as we navigate our way through the intricate maze of life. The subsequent cost to our mental and physical wellbeing can be immense and yet we often struggle to find a way (or time!) to address this. Curiosity and a desire to find a way to make a difference took her on a path to study Reflexology and she was very quickly captivated by this special treatment.
Of course, the clinic wouldn't run very smoothly without the work of our front line team of receptionists. Our patients are always guaranteed a smile and a warm welcome! They'll make your appointments, answer your questions, and will help to ensure that your visit to our clinic is a pleasant one. On top of all this they've got the practitioners to organise too!!
